How long does it take to set up a recognition program?
From the moment you are ready that a recognition is the right step for your company, it will take between 30 and 60 days to get you up and running.

How quickly are awards delivered to employees?
On average, it will take 24-48 hours for most awards to be delivered to your employee's home or office.

Can you deliver an award to an employee's home?
Yes, we can. In fact, our studies have proven it is the best way to involve their friends and family in the award process!

Why are there so many award choices in each award level?
Simply for better appeal to the majority of your employees. Our studies have proven more choices means that everyone should be able to find something they like.

Why are award choices better than what I currently have?
You may feel that your employees are satisfied with the program you already have in place, and that may be true. However, are you sure? When is the last time you asked? We would love to help you with an employee focus group to review their thoughts and feelings about your existing program. You may decide and let us know. Our experience shows that overwhelmingly, they will choose having more choice.

How will you improve our existing program?
You may feel that your existing program is satisfactory, and that it doesn't need to change. That may certainly be true. However, if you feel your program has become an entitlement, that it has lost its value, or that it could be improved, we should meet. We can sit down, review your program, and decide what isn't working the way you would like it to, and what, if anything, you could do to improve it. We may have solutions that you had not even considered!
